I received this product 4 days back. Realised that the dumbell rod as well has the 4ft rod are very light. and also since the rubber weights are thicker, they do not fit completely in the provision for adding weights in the dumbell. So effectively i can only put two plates on each side of the dumbells and three plates on each side of the rod. Therefore, this product cannot be used as a 20 Kg dumbell pair or a 40 kg barbell. I would appreciate it if my greivance is addressed.
